Agile Tribe
Agile Tribe is a consultancy focused on personal and organisational performance. What differentiates Agile Tribe from other consultancies is its innovative new approach to network analysis and knowledge management using their unique tool ‘mytribe’. This was developed as a antidote to the increasingly complex world to support business with knowledge acquisition, integration and redeployment.
The tool supports organisation leaders in recognising key knowledge-workers and poor performers within a quantifiable organisation design. This further influences business strategy through targeted interventions and decision support for outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions and other business critical projects.
Agile Tribe’s core objective is to help individuals and organisations to improve their networks, revolutionise their induction and encourage them to manage their own virtual network teams.
