Think Associates are excited to announce their partnership with Learning Heroes, whose vision is to “save the world from boring e-learning”.
Learning Heroes comprehensive e-learning catalogue includes over 150 exciting and engaging e-learning modules with over 1000 blended learning resources. Their guiding principle is to only produce content which they would enjoy if they were a learner. Learning resources include animated videos, workbooks, infographics, pre-reading texts and images that are bite size, fun and engaging.
We believe the courses designed to cover the Care Certificate, Policy and Compliance, Health and Wellbeing and Personal Development will be of particular interest to our healthcare clients. Click here to download a brochure that outlines all the titles currently available.
Below is a short video introducing the Learning Heroes catalogue.
“We want to make learning technology work for learners and organisations alike. We understand the need for in-depth compliance-based learning that ticks all the boxes, but we also know that learners are time-poor and need the key points covered quickly. We also know that e-learning can sometimes feel like a boring, corporate, must-do activity so we wanted to be able to offer our clients engaging e-learning resources at very attractive prices.” Tim Newham, Managing Director, Think Associates
When you purchase the Learning Heroes catalogue you will be able to decide how to use it. You can make it available in its entirety via your Totara Learning Platform, alternatively you may want to select key resources (e-learning modules, videos, infographics etc) and combine these with local resources to form a single course. Totara LMS allows clients to define dependences, order and flow that learners must follow to complete the course along with flexible targeting of courses by audience / organisational hierarchy. “We were initially attracted to working with Think Associates after hearing about the impact they are having in healthcare organisations through the implementation of Totara LMS, which is the perfect platform for our e-learning resources. We both share the same vision and desire to provide learners with flexible, engaging, bite sized learning that deliver benefits to individuals and their organisations.” Tom Moore, Managing Director, Learning Heroes
