e-KSF Train the Trainer

Where organisations have their own internal trainers, they can be used to help roll out the KSF and e-KSF effectively. Most of our clients use 'soft skills' trainers for this, rather than IT trainers, as questions don't tend to be technical-focused but more about fundamentals of managing and appraising staff.

We have a selection of workshops to help you get your training team ready to deliver e-KSF training in your organisation. We can also shadow and coach your trainers, providing on-site support if you feel they need this following the formal train-the-trainer programme. And of course we can deliver some or all of your training using our own training team, too!

e-KSF Train the Trainer - 3 day workshop

This 3 day workshop has been designed to give Staff Side and organisational KSF / e-KSF Trainers the knowledge and skills to deliver KSF and e-KSF training to managers and staff within an organisation. There are no specific prerequisites to attend this workshop however to obtain the maximum benefits from the day we recommend individuals have a basic understanding of the KSF, good IT skills and previous experience of delivering classroom training.

e-KSF Train the Trainer - 2 day workshop

If you already have a good understanding of the KSF then this 2 day workshop will provide Staff Side and organisational KSF / e-KSF Trainers with the knowledge and skills to deliver KSF / e-KSF training to managers and staff within an organisation. Each delegate will have an individual PC to benefit from the highly interactive, ‘hands on’ training. To attend this workshop then individuals should have a good understanding of the KSF, good IT skills and the ability to deliver training.
