Individuals who manage or review staff within an organisation looking to roll out the e-KSF will need to provide training for these individuals. There are a range of different training materials available to provide this training, depending on the needs of staff within the organisation.

Although the e-KSF is an intuitive web based tool, we also provide traditional classroom-based training to effectively transfer the required knowledge and skills. Our training can also help to further engage staff with the KSF process and further embed the framework within the organisation. e-KSF Manager Training - Full Day Workshop

The e-KSF Manager training workshop has been designed to provide individuals with management responsibility for staff sufficient knowledge of the e-KSF to create a KSF Post Outline, record the KSF Development Review, record Objectives and develop a Personal Development Plan.  The workshop also provides an overview of the reports available to managers to enable them to manage the KSF process more efficiently.
