e-Learning Strategic & Operational Review

Our consultants have a background in learning and development and are able to work with you to undertake a strategic and operational review of the learning and development provision and processes within an organisation, with a view of making recommendations to the operational changes required to maximise your efficiency. This strategic and operational review would encompass an organisations e-learning portfolio. Where there is little e-learning in place we are able to work with the organisations priorities and training needs analysis to define how e-learning can support a blended learning programme and advise on what titles can be accessed from central or shared service sources.

The strategic and operational review will include:

• Review of learning processes and learning systems within the organisation.
• Review of capacity and capability of the people and systems within the organisation including the development of a High Performing Team (HPT) culture and L&D Business Partnering.
• Review of organisational Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Evaluation of how effective the learning and development processes are within the organisation.
• Recommendations to organisational structure in terms of learning and development management and provision.
• ADDIE and Rapid e-Learning design tools and methodology.
• Financial review, analysis of learning and development spend, study leave processes etc.
• The use of LEAN and Prince2 methodology.
