    The HR business partner model has been around for years and demonstrating the value of Learning and Development functions is now a high profile imperative across the NHS. Despite this, many organisations are still to develop the HR and Learning and Development professionals who have the confidence and skills to fulfil the role successfully. The role demands a level of confidence and business understanding that many have not had the opportunity to develop. Technical know how is no longer enough, great Learning and Development professionals must understand their internal customer’s needs and challenges and influence them to do the right things in order to align their strategies and improve the performance of their functions into value adding businesses in their own right.

    This three day development programme has been designed with our partners Happen Consulting using our experience of working with many HR & Learning and Development professionals in the Public and Private sectors. We have taken the critical essentials and combined them into a challenging and enjoyable development experience.
