KSF Project Coaching

Many individuals have been given the responsibility for implementing the KSF / e-KSF without necessarily having any experience of delivering initiatives to the entire organisation and for many it is often not their sole responsibility (it’s sometimes not even their “day job”)!

We can provide project manager coaching sessions for individuals who are developing into a project management position.We can help people by providing:
