Implementing the KSFKSF Outline Development Training A KSF Post Outline sets out how anyone employed in a particular job should develop and apply their knowledge and skills. KSF Post Outlines focus on the post and not individuals. They describe what is needed in a post rather than an individuals own unique mix of knowledge and skills. The KSF Post Outline will differ from the job description. Your job description sets out the duties and responsibilities of the post whereas your KSF Post outline describes the knowledge and skills you need to apply in the post. Individuals with responsibility for creating KSF Post Outlines will need to be trained on how to do this most effectively. We have designed a couple of workshop programmes to help train individuals on how to effectively do this, depending on whether your organisations is opting to use the e-KSF or not. KSF Outline Development - 1 day workshop We run a one day workshop in how to create KSF Post Outlines which is a practical and interactive session, usually resulting in completed post outlines for a range of jobs. This session also helps staff to understand how KSF Post Outlines can be used at the foundation and second gateway.Using the e-KSF for KSF Outline Development - 1 day workshop We run a one day workshop in how to create KSF Post Outlines which is a practical and interactive session that includes how to use the e-KSF to automate the process of creating KSF Post Outlines. Alternatively we also run a train the trainer course where we can train your internal trainers to roll out this training as required within the organisation.
