    We have designed a one day workshop to give you knowledge about the theoretical underpinning about the use of 360 feedback and the practical skills to implement 360 with your team and provide powerful and constructive feedback to help them develop.

    The key objectives of this workshop are:

    • To increase participants general understanding of what 360 degree feedback is and what it shouldn’t be.
    • To equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills to act as a ‘facilitator’ of effective 360 degree feedback.
    • To coach participants who will be facilitating 360 degree feedback with staff in the skills they need to make this an effective and beneficial process.
    • To highlight best practice and common pitfalls of 360 degree feedback.
    • To show how 360 degree feedback complements existing appraisal and KSF processes within the organisation.
    • To highlight how using 360 degree feedback can initiate lasting organisational change and deliver benefits to the individual and the organisation in the short, medium and long term.
    • To coach people on understanding learning style.

    We believe this workshop should be run before the distribution of 360 degree surveys to teams within an organisation.
