AT-Learning implementations are not traditional software implementations, but rather mini-change management programmes. As such organisation's may want to consider additional support in mapping and improving learning processes, identifying and engaging with organisational stakeholders, and focused project management to complete the effective implementation of the tool within the organisation.
Some organisation have opted to commission a yearly account management package with additional days of on site support. This support can be used as required and can contain a ‘pick and mix’ from the below options:
- Additional technical training days for system super users, training providers, administrators, and trainers to support the roll out of the system across the organisation and build on existing knowledge.
- General on-site meetings and progress discussions.
- Assistance with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training needs for your staff, across all departments.
