We have facilitated the implementation of AT-Learning in over 60 organisations in the NHS. Our approach includes core components but is flexible enough to react to local implementation needs.

AT-Learning Implementation

We provide a bespoke implementation package for AT-Learning depending on your needs, however implementation will include the following components:

Phase I System Set Up - We charge a fixed price fee for technical set up of AT-Learning for learning data within your organisation. There is the caveat that data must be provided in the templates provided by ikonami. System set up includes:

• Facilitation of data upload by a dedicated Technical Deployment Manager.
• Upload of system required data for go live( e.g. course data, user levels, venues, standard letters etc).
• Provision of a dedicated DSL wireless connection, if required (requires a 2 year minimum contract).

Deployment Workshop - this is a one day workshop where we will work with you and your project team to define your project plan for implementing AT-Learning. This will include: aims, objectives, schedule, communications, responsibilities and accountabilities and risk/issue log. As part of the deployment workshop we will also discuss how you currently manage learning and development within your organisation so that we can arrange the most efficient way to put your current, future and archive information into the system, (this usually involves the completion of data upload templates that we will review with you), along with mapping your learning processes to AT-Learning processes.

Technical Training - we run three days of systems training as part of the core AT-Learning implementation. Click here to read more about AT-Learning training.

Project Management Support - as part of the core implementation of AT-Learning we provide 3 days of project management support. This support can be used in a variety of ways depending on the needs of the individual organisation, however it typically provides support for the core project team throughout the implementation of AT-Learning.

Annual License Fee - there is a standard licence cost for all uploaded staff records (typically all individuals who are on ESR). This fee is charged at the end of each year based on either. There is potentially an additional charge for the upload of individuals who the organisation records training for who are not on the organisation's payroll.

Optional Phase II Archive Data Upload - there is an optional phase II to AT-Learning implementation that includes the upload of your learning and development archive. Phase II includes:

• Facilitation of delegate learning archive data cleansing by a dedicated Technical Deployment Manager.
• Upload of archive course data into standard AT-Learning templates.
• Upload of archived delegate learning archive into standard AT-Learning templates.
