    How to Implement 360 Degree Appraisal Effectively

    We have created a one day workshop to give you the practical tools and knowledge to successfully run a 360 degree appraisal / multi-source feedback programmes within your organisation, whether you are using a paper or electronic approach, or a  combination of the two. We will cover the common issues and questions in using 360 degree feedback including how to avoid some of the common pitfalls. We will also
    explore how 360 initiatives can be positioned with the staff within your organisation and how it can be integrated with your existing development and appraisal processes. After the workshop your team will have a good understanding on the business case for, and use of, 360 degree feedback and be able to plan how this could be used by individuals or teams at all levels within your organisation.     How to Implement Effective Employee Surveys

    Surveys or feedback questionnaires can be used to satisfy a diverse range of individual and organizational reporting needs. How surveys are structured, the format of questions and how questions are worded can change the validity of results obtained and impact on the overall effectiveness of interventions that can be initiated as a result of surveys deployed. Within this workshop we will explore the guiding principles of good survey design which will provide you with a foundation for creating effective surveys within your
    organisation.

    Within this one day workshop we will explore how surveys can effectively be used within the organisation to gather a range of data requirements, give guidance for how to construct good survey questions and how to overcome common pitfalls. We will also look at how the results obtained from surveys can be most effectively interpreted and represented in reports to effect organisational change and development.
