AT-Feedback technical training is a hands on session which provides a good opportunity for delegates to practice the skills learned within the workshop. Systems training workshops also provide a good opportunity for delegates to discuss the needs of upcoming survey / feedback projects.

AT-Feedback Systems Training

As part of the implementation of the AT-Feedback tool within an organisation we have developed a core one day workshop to train individuals on the main functionality available on the tool. This training is targeted at any individuals who will be responsible for creating and managing online surveys or be involved with the administration of the tool within the organisation.

This is a practical, hands-on training session ideally conducted in an IT training room with individual access to PC's. This enables delegates to practice all the elements covered.

The training session also provide a good opportunity to discuss any challenges currently being faced with rolling out surveys or discuss particular survey needs.

This one day training session can also be run as 'refresher training' as required.
