Online Feedback SystemsAT-Feedback Implementation Deployment Workshop - this is a one day workshop where we will work with you and your project team to define your project plan for implementing AT-Feedback. This will include: aims, objectives, schedule, communications, responsibilities and accountabilities and risk/issue log. We will also support you in designing the initial survey you will use the AT-Feedback for. Technical Training - this is a one day workshop designed for AT-Feedback administrator level users so that they understand all of the core tool functionality that is available to them to successfully run AT-Feedback online surveys. There will also be time allocated to review the progress made with your initial survey design and how it can be deployed to maximum effect online. Follow-up Workshop - this is a one day workshops that we will run after you have deployed your first online survey. We will assist you in the collation, analysis and interpretation of the data, facilitate the evaluation of the survey project and work with you to identify next steps to enable you to continue benefiting from AT-Feedback in the future. In addition to these three workshops we can also provide any of the following services depending on your local needs: Project Management Support - If you would like additional help in rolling out your survey / evaluation projects we can provide this for you. The price will alter depending on the scope of the survey which we will define with you. Additional Technical Training - You can add additional technical training depending on how many staff require training within the organisation.
